First time visit there for work with some coworkers. They were seated quick, we were there at 3:30pm so that probably didn't hurt. Service was great, didn't have to wait for anything out of the ordinary. Staff was really friendly. Most of us got the patty melt they had on special...it was amazing!!! I'm not a huge fan of the skinnier fries, but they were really good. Tried it with their BBQ sauce and it was perfect. The sauce is really good. Someone else did get the pastrami sandwich...wow, that thing had a ton of meat on it, pretty sure I'll go that was next time. My burger was cooked perfectly and the bread was amazing. We looked at the bill after, and yeah, super affordable. Going to bring the wife back over to this one. Really open, sports bar kind of feel to the place. I thought the building was cool, and there was definitely way more room than a "sports bar". Thanks for the good meal, I'll be happy to go back!
Have you ever had a pastrami burger? If not you're missing out! Sat at the bar, spectacular service and we're happy to help us make our pastrami burgers !! Highly recommended!
We popped in for some appetizers and a drink after a girls day of Christmas shopping and I am so glad we did. We decided to sit at the bar and that was also a great choice. The bartenders were phenomenal, especially Sarah! Each of us ordered an appetizer. I had the buffalo wings and they were amazing and the other two had a chicken quesadilla and 1/2 order of pork nachos. The nachos were absolutely delicious! Every thing was great! I'll definitely be back!
Came in on Saturday after thanksgiving around 5:30. Dress: casual Food 3.5/5: ordered the nachos and shared a pastrami sandwich. Meats on the nachos were a bit dry but still tasty. Pastrami sandwich was amazing as were the sweet potato fries it came with. Highly recommend Service: 4/5: a bit slower despite not being super busy but helpful and polite. Ambiance 4/5: sports bar ambiance, fairly spacious with a bar area and dining area separate from each other. Lots of sports memorabilia and pics on the walls. Plenty of tvs Value 5/5: nachos were massive and sandwich was stuffed with pastrami to the point of bursting great price for both. Overall 4.3/5: great place for a quick bite to eat and a drink while watching sports. Used to come here regularly before moving away, quality seems to have dropped about but value is still there and would still come back. Parking: large parking lot
We had lunch at Lester's on Clayton Road today. I was craving matzoh ball soup, but did not want a big bowl of it since I was also planning on getting a corned beef sandwich. The menu gave me the option of ordering a "small" side of chicken broth with one Matzoh ball. I INCORRECTLY predicted that it would be a miniature matzoh ball with this order. To my very pleasant surprise, the matzoh ball was amazingly large. The matzoh ball was delicious and I brought my small leftover home for a midnight snack! The matzoh ball was much tastier than my homemade ones! For my corned beef sandwich I ordered the small sandwich with extra lean corned beef. It was very tender. The "small " sandwich was packed high with corned beef, and the coleslaw side dish was perfect. Our waitress Samantha was delightful, efficient, and friendly; and lots of fun to interact with. We WILL return!
